These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through Ace Ultra Hub. By placing an order, submitting payment, or establishing a wholesale account on our site, you unconditionally agree to be bound by the conditions outlined below.

Who We Are

Ace Ultra Hub is an independent online retailer and wholesale distributor of premium vape and cannabis concentrate hardware operating out of Los Angeles, California. We are an independent distributor and retail provider; we are not the primary hardware manufacturer nor a direct corporate subsidiary.

Age Restriction & Mandatory Verification (21+)

You must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older to browse our catalog, submit an order, or purchase any products from Ace Ultra Hub.

  • Verification at Checkout: We verify legal age automatically during checkout via third-party database lookup software using your full legal name, address, date of birth, and government identification details.
  • Photo ID Requests: We reserve the right to request a clear copy of a government-issued photo ID prior to order dispatch.
  • Cancellation: We do not ship to anyone under 21 under any circumstances. Orders that fail age verification or lack valid proof of age will be immediately cancelled and refunded.

Pricing, Minimums & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in United States Dollars (USD) and do not include applicable state or local taxes unless explicitly stated.

  • Server-Side Repricing: Orders are processed and calculated server-side from our primary live catalog at the moment of submission. The total charged reflects our verified catalog pricing, overriding any cached, modified, or altered browser data.
  • Minimum Order Amount: A $100.00 USD minimum order threshold applies to all retail and wholesale orders.
  • Cryptocurrency Discount: A 15% discount automatically applies only when cryptocurrency (e.g., Bitcoin, USDT, or accepted digital assets) is selected and finalized as the payment method at checkout.

Stock Reservation & Cancellation

  • Unpaid Stock Reservation: Product stock is held for up to 48 hours following order placement. If payment clearance is not confirmed within 48 hours, inventory is released back into active stock, and the order may be cancelled.
  • Order Cancellation: You may request to cancel any unpaid or unfulfilled order by replying directly to your order confirmation email. Once an order has been fulfilled, packaged, or dispatched to a courier, it cannot be cancelled or recalled.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $20.00 (estimated 3 business days).
  • Express Shipping: Flat rate of $25.00 (estimated 1 business day).
  • Free Shipping Threshold: Orders totaling $200.00 or more qualify for free shipping.
  • Carrier Estimates & Risk of Loss: All delivery timelines provided are carrier estimates and not strict legal guarantees. Risk of loss and title transfer to the buyer upon recorded delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout. Ace Ultra Hub is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages resulting from incorrectly entered shipping addresses.
  • Adult Signature: Deliveries are subject to carrier adult signature requirements (21+) upon physical drop-off in accordance with federal and state regulations.

Faults, Defect Replacements & Return Policy

Due to federal health, safety, and sanitary regulations governing vaping hardware and concentrate devices, our return policies are strictly enforced:

  • Defective or Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) Devices: Damaged, defective, or DOA units will be replaced free of charge within 30 days of confirmed delivery. To request a replacement, email sales@aceultrahub.com with your order number, a clear photograph/video of the affected device, and a photo of its security authentication panel.
  • Opened / Used Products: For hygiene and consumer safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on opened, tested, or used products.
  • Sealed Products: We do not offer “change-of-mind” returns, exchanges, or store credits on sealed products once they have been dispatched from our Los Angeles warehouse.

Legal Compliance & Local Laws

United States federal, state, and local municipal laws strictly regulate the sale, distribution, and possession of vaporizers, disposable pens, and concentrate hardware. Regulations vary significantly by state and local jurisdiction.

  • Buyer Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring that purchasing, importing, and possessing our products complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws in your state or country of residence.
  • No Medical Advice: Nothing published on our site, marketing channels, or product descriptions constitutes medical, health, or diagnostic advice.
